In February 2022 one of UK's foremost Pub & Hotel chains failed to pay the invoice below, but what's surprising is that Thwaites Director of Pubs and Inns didn't authorise payment at the first opportunity earlier this year.

Accordingly this fast evolving Thwaites bad reputation network is causing Daniel Thwaites Board of Directors to reflect on, what went wrong, what's needed to prevent this happening again, and how to resolve this dispute.

Since April 2020 when the Creditor first started trading with Daniel Thwaites their invoice payment record has been deplorable. They were invoiced on 6 separate dates in 2020 the first two invoices were emailed in April, the next two invoices were emailed in May and the last two invoices were emailed in June 2020 and none of those invoices were paid that year. Some twelve months later they were invoiced on 6 separate dates in 2021 the first two invoices were emailed in April, the next two invoices were emailed in May and the last two invoices were emailed in June 2021. Consequently, the Creditor published a number of default notices on the Internet and in mid June, Thwaites paid all 6 invoices dated 2021 plus 2 invoices dated 2020. Some 10 months later between February and March 2022 they were invoiced on 5 separate dates, subsequently an additional 16 invoices were created plus 4 invoices from 2020 and all of them are now overdue.
